Is your PBL program ready to launch? This session features tips and strategies that can make a significant difference as you transition from traditional methodology to PBL implementation. Topics may include building a PBL culture with students, informing parents, and building community partnerships. The facilitator will customize the training to fit the circumstances of your transition.
Engagement and Culture
Increasing student engagement and building a positive culture is the focus of this session. Students learn better when they are active and engaged. Building a culture of success and identity can help! Teachers will be given resources that they can implement the very next day! This can be geared to a specific grade band or general education.
Project Tuning Facilitation
How can current projects be improved? Do teachers have project designs they would like feedback on? Facilitating a project tuning protocol can be a terrific way to breathe new life into projects or fine-tune project ideas. This is a wonderful professional development activity that can model a feedback protocol that can be used with students, as well!
